Once you complete a successful purchase transaction, you will be notified with your shipment tracking number by a message via the email that you provided us in your order. You will receive the message in your inbox, spam or filtered mail within 24-96 hours of business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination.

We do not charge any type of taxes, either on checkout or on delivery. However, you may be charged with additional taxes on delivery, this is due to your country policies and not due to our store.

Shipping duration can take anywhere from 7 To 14 business days.

Returns & Refunds Policy

To qualify for a return or refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.

You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the item(s) from the receiving date. If the item(s) is in your possession for longer than 7 days, a refund or replacement will not be issued.

Shipping costs are non refundable. If your refund request is accepted, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Note that you will be also responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s) to us.
